Title Bar Manager

You are a highly motivated and dynamic individual who will be joining the Food & Beverage Service Team at The Oberoi, New Delhi as a Bar Manager. In this role, you will report to the F&B Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Bar, offering cutting edge Beverage concepts & hospitality to guests in line with international standards. Your primary focus will be on maximizing Beverage revenues and guest satisfaction while maintaining a high level of employee morale. Your key activities will include maintaining optimum sales volume to achieve set sales objectives, organizing and developing the Bar teams to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, and ensuring that Beverage Sales and Control Procedures are followed as per management guidelines. You will be responsible for handling guest complaints effectively, preparing staff budgets and profit targets, and optimizing seating capacity by monitoring reservation status and table allocation efficiently. Collaborating with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will contribute to menu and pricing decisions and maintain updated guest histories on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be involved in proposing and executing advertising, promotions, and marketing efforts for the outlet to enhance guest experience. To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Bar Operations. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a strong inclination towards providing high touch customer service. Female candidates with experience from standalone restaurants will be given preference.
