Ticket Processing: Process payments and issue tickets efficiently and accurately. Handle ticket modifications and cancellations, including re-booking flights and calculating refund amounts. System Management: Maintain and update ticketing systems and databases. Ensure all ticketing operations comply with airline policies. Coordination: Coordinate with event organizers or travel partners to provide up-to-date information. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support event operations. Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on ticket sales and attendance. Maintain accurate records and documentation of ticketing transactions. Customer Support: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.
