We are looking for a motivated Hardware Test Engineer (HWTE) specialized in Test and Integration Analysis (TIA) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile test stations, yield tracking, and failure analysis. You will work closely with overseas customers and cross-functional teams to monitor test performance, analyze issues, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related disciplines. 2 to 6 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics. Strong knowledge of mobile test stations and test process development. Experience with yield tracking and failure analysis methodologies. Proficient in maintaining detailed FA trackers and generating summary reports. Familiarity with statistical quality control tools including GRR, CPK, and test policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with overseas customers and cross-functional teams.
