Therapy Business Manager - GI Optima - Chandigarh HQ

As a Therapy Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to successfully launch assigned brands in a specialty segment in line with brand strategy. You will need to plan and consistently achieve patients on therapy, unit targets, and value targets. It is crucial to ensure customer coverage and KOL development in the assigned territory as per the plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing and initiating compliant medico marketing activities. Managing the distribution channel and monitoring services to all stakeholders will be a key part of your role. You should proactively plan and execute immediate and medium-term plans for the business in your region. Recording and reporting all market intelligence to the Head Office will be essential. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 3 years of experience in the specialty segment, with experience in selling premium brands being essential. A degree in B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. is preferred, although other graduates with management qualifications can also be considered.,
