Job Description

As a Senior Executive in Purchase/Vendor Management within the Manufacturing Industry, your primary responsibilities will include: - Procuring materials and ensuring coordination with vendors, work sites, stores, account department, and logistics for transportation needs. - Issuing purchase orders in alignment with delivery schedules and immediate requirements. - Coordinating sample inspections with the Quality Control Department for new vendors based on standard requirements. - Compiling vendor evaluation reports for new vendors, negotiating supply pricing, and placing purchase orders accordingly. - Collaborating with the Technical Department to finalize designs and ensure vendors receive production clearance in adherence to our criteria.
