Should have experience of S4 Hana Implementation and Support projects. Responsibilities: . Experience as SAP SD functional expert . Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD . Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements . Map client business requirements, processes and objectives develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients%27 needs. . Design, customize, configure and testing of SD . Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. . Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems. . Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues . Document functional designs, test cases and results. . Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements . Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects . Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. . Expert on integrations with SD to other modules. . Output determination for sales orders, Delivery and Billing . Experience in Implementations, Rollouts, Upgrades, Production Support . Delivering SD function/testing design review, configuration testing strategy and cutover strategies. . Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required . Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills . Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA /MBA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Possess good verbal and written communication skills. . Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical, and highly commercial solutions. . Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments. Key Skills: User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Payments, RTP, Manual & Automated Testing, XML Payments, Testing Strategy Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle for payment systems, ensuring all functional and business requirements are validated. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases in line with payment industry standards and project specifications. Conduct end-to-end testing for real-time and batch payment processes, including XML-based payment formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Operations, Development) to define UAT scope, timelines, and deliverables. Identify, document, and track defects/issues using standard tools and ensure timely resolution. Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and established testing methodologies. Analyze business and system process flows, document test findings, and suggest improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. Manage testing in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to new tools, system upgrades, and process changes. Maintain traceability of all test cases to their requirements for audit and compliance purposes. Coordinate with external vendors and industry bodies for industry-specific testing scenarios as needed. Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience in Payments Testing, especially with XML Payment formats. Experience with Real-Time Payments (RTP) and payment platform testing is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of end-to-end UAT processes and system integration testing. Strong analytical skills with ability to create and optimize process flows and test strategies. Excellent planning, organizing, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable test reports tailored to technical and business stakeholders. Experience in regulatory compliance and industry-specific testing environments. Comfortable in fast-paced, agile, and evolving environments with a proactive, structured approach. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UAT or QA Testing, preferably in the Payments or Financial Services domain. Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or other domain-specific credentials are a strong advantage.
