Testing Engineer

As an experienced Motor Test Technician, your primary responsibility will be to conduct performance, endurance, and electrical tests on motors. You will analyze test data and prepare comprehensive test reports to identify defects and coordinate with production for necessary corrective actions. It is essential to ensure compliance with testing protocols and industry standards while maintaining and calibrating testing equipment for accurate results. To excel in this role, you should hold an ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in motor or electrical equipment testing. Your expertise should include a deep knowledge of motor parameters, testing instruments, and safety practices, along with a basic understanding of quality standards and documentation procedures. This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.
