Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical requirements. Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and clarify test scenarios. Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results and report findings clearly and promptly. Participate in test planning, review sessions, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Assist in setting up and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts (if applicable). Required Skills and Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Experience with manual testing and basic understanding of automated testing tools. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to execute database queries is a plus.
