Automation QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy

  : Lead the

  Test Plan preparation

  based on requirements and discussions, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

• Test Case Management

  : Proficiently

  Prepare, Review, and Execute Test Cases

  for various testing phases, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Data Analysis

  : Perform

  Data Analysis

  to support testing efforts, including test data preparation and result validation.

• Automation Testing

  : Contribute to and enhance automation frameworks; experience working with

  Java, JUnit, Selenium

  , and other open-source projects for automation testing is a big plus.

• Defect Management

  : Utilize good knowledge of

  Defect Logging, Tracking, and Analysis

  to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• SQL Proficiency

  : Apply

  proficiency in SQL

  for database validation, test data setup, and data integrity checks.

• Agile Collaboration

  : Work effectively within

  Agile development practices

  , participating actively in sprints and ceremonies.

• Metrics & Reporting

  : Implement, collect, analyze, and report team and project metrics that demonstrate business value and quality.

• Communication & Analytics
