12+ years of overall experience in including at least 5 years of QA Management experience

Experience in end to end test management in capital markets sector
Overall testing governance.Accountable for owning and providing oversight for all of the project`s testing streamsTrack and report overall progress of testing activities and ensure timely completion of testing activities.Responsible for test preparation, test planning, and test executionDaily standups with project team and E2E UAT triage.Review test casesTo ensure business acumen for Test cases to be aligned to Client  expectations.Provide guidance for testers on writing test cases balancing the functional and technical requirements.Create Test Case and Test Cycle on JIRA

Sprint UAT coordination
Arrange sessions with Client for Build Demo and Sprint UAT demo showcase (each at least 1 week in advance)Coordinate internal scope meetings with Solution Architect, BA, Dev and Testers to align on the testing scope for Build Demo and Sprint UAT.Coordinate internally with Dev on Start, mid point of Sprint for KT.Oversee System testing progress and check on System testing results.Capture sprint testing showcase feedback.

JIRA Triage
First level filter of JIRA ticket.Assign appropriate Labels, Test Environment, Incident Category and Reason for Rejection (when applicable)Assign tickets to Devs, BA, Solution Architect, Testers, and Testing Manager to respond.Capture Sprint UAT backlog
