Territory Service Representative - MMC

As a Territory Service Representative (Biker) your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the delivery and pickup of shipments in your designated territory. Your daily tasks will include unloading bags from the vehicle, scanning the shipments, primary and secondary sorting, and outscanning shipments based on the delivery route. You are expected to deliver shipments accurately to the specified package addresses only. During the delivery process, you will need to acknowledge receipt from customers using a device (BYOD) and update the correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer addresses. Proper training will be provided to brief you on the delivery process. Additionally, you are required to hand over the cod amount to the supervisor on the same day and return any undelivered shipments to the supervisor. It is essential to adhere to the proper dress code and carry field bags to all delivery points. In terms of pickups, you are expected to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for pickups. Timely pickups at customer locations as per cut-off timing are crucial. You will be responsible for verifying serviceable locations, counting the number of shipments at the customer site, and obtaining acknowledgments on the pickup sheet. Upon returning to the office, you should inscan the shipments and handle the Rapid Entry process. This will be followed by primary and secondary sorting of the shipments, bagging, and loading canvas bags into the vehicle for transportation to the next location to ensure timely connections.,
