Territory Sales Incharge

As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and lead a team of Field Sales Executives, ensuring they achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. You will be tasked with onboarding new merchants on a monthly basis and driving revenue generation. Market visits will be a crucial part of your role to monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance for improvement. Your leadership skills will be key in training and motivating the sales team to maintain high levels of productivity. Data accuracy and reporting play a vital role in decision-making, and you will be responsible for maintaining these through internal tools. Building and nurturing strong relationships with local merchants and partners will be essential for business growth and sustainability.
