Tender Executive - Civil Renovations and Interiors

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate tender opportunities for civil renovation and interior projects. Review tender documents and prepare technical and financial bids. Coordinate with internal teams for input on designs, costs, and project plans. Perform cost estimation and ensure competitive pricing strategies. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for optimal pricing and terms. Ensure all tender submissions meet legal, technical, and administrative requirements. Maintain organized records and respond to client queries during tendering. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry standards. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-tender negotiations. Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in tendering and cost estimation for renovation and interior projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and tendering tools- GEM Portal Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in tendering for construction or interior projects. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
