Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic female Telecaller (fresher) with good English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant voice, basic computer knowledge, and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
  • Maintain call records and update customer databases.
  • Follow up with interested leads.
  • Maintain professional and positive interactions with clients.

Requirements:

  • Freshers welcome – training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet calling targets.
