Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce and explain financial products to prospective and existing customers.
  • Advise customers about mortgage loans, insurance, and home loan services; respond to queries and clearly communicate benefits.
  • Enter and update customer details accurately within the CRM system.
  • Follow prepared call scripts and ensure all communications are clear and professional.
  • Meet assigned daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Explain documentation requirements and eligibility criteria to customers.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and deliver prompt service.

Required Experience & Education

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Essential Skills

  • Good verbal communication in English & Hindi (mandatory)
  • Confidence, politeness, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow scripts and instructions effectively
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Professional work ethic and positive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting
  • Team-worker with the ability to work independently as needed

Preferred/Desirable Skills

  • Experience in telecalling or customer service roles
  • Understanding of finance products (loans, insurance) is a plus
  • Strong customer engagement and objection-handling abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
