Job Description

· Job Summary:

· We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive – Telecaller to generate leads and sell various insurance products over the phone. The role involves explaining product benefits, handling client queries, and achieving monthly targets through efficient telephonic communication.

·

· Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

· Explain various insurance products (health, motor, life, etc.) and services clearly and persuasively.

· Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

· Follow up with prospects, schedule appointments (if needed), and close sales.

· Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely updates.

· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Handle objections professionally and work towards customer satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies during the sales process.

·

· Key Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales (preferably in insurance or financial services).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to convince and close sales over the phone.

· Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.

· Proficiency in local language and basic English.

· Self-motivated and target-driven.

·

· Qualifications:

· Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

· IRDAI certification (or willingness to undergo IRDAI training).

·

· Compensation:

· Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
