Job Title: Junior Advisory Sales Executive – Wealth Trade Research Location: Indore Department: Wealth Management / Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or financial advisory sales. The candidate will play a key role in engaging with clients, promoting investment products, and leveraging wealth trade research to generate sales opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in wealth management and advisory sales. Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce wealth management products and services. Present investment ideas and products based on research reports and market updates. Assist clients in understanding financial products including equities, mutual funds, bonds, and structured products. Develop a strong understanding of client needs, financial goals, and risk appetite. Coordinate with internal research teams to deliver timely and relevant investment ideas. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, financial services, investment advisory, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong client servicing mindset with a proactive approach. Relevant certifications (e.g. NISM, AMFI, or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain. Key Competencies:Strong telesales and persuasion skills. Quick learner with an interest in financial markets and advisory. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over the phone. Good organizational and time management skills. Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.
