Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales across India for our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales over the phone. You should be confident, persuasive, and committed to achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers across India. Promote and explain product features and benefits. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls and sales. Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product offerings. Requirements: Proven telesales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Basic computer skills
