Explaining Product Features Clearly explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to encourage a sale. Handling Objections Address and resolve customer concerns or objections confidently and persuasively. Closing Sales Convert leads into sales by guiding customers through the decision-making process. Maintaining Customer Records Update CRM tools or databases with call details, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Achieving Sales Targets Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals set by the management. Following Up with Leads Reconnect with potential customers who previously showed interest but didn’t convert. Providing After-Sales Support Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing post-sale queries or support needs. Staying Informed About Products Keep up-to-date with product updates, new launches, and market trends.
