Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion:

Identify interested customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

2. Relationship Building:

Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their wellness needs and offering personalized solutions.

3. Feedback Collection:

Collect client feedback and relay it to the wellness team to improve services and customer experience.

4. Collaboration:

Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, or health consultants to schedule consultations and wellness sessions.

5. Promotions & Campaigns:

Inform customers about ongoing offers, health camps, or promotional wellness events.

6. Maintain Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive health-related information with professionalism and ensure data privacy.

Requirements :

1 . Calicut based candidates preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales

3. Education qualification( any graduation )
