Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Outreach
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Growth System's ERP software.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and potential of ERP solutions.
• Lead Management
• Identify and qualify leads through structured communication.
• Follow up on warm leads to maintain engagement and build trust.
• Relationship Building
• Act as a primary contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Schedule product demonstrations or arrange meetings with the sales team.
• Market Insights
• Gather and share customer feedback with the team to enhance service and product offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor the conversation to align with their needs.
• Record Maintenance
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of sales progress.

Who Can Apply

• Education: Any graduate or above.
• Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Skills Required:
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Persuasive and good at building rapport over calls.
• Basic understanding of software or IT solutions is a plus (training will be provided).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
