Key Responsibilities

• Confidently make outbound calls and handle inbound calls with potential customers (hot leads).
• Clearly explain company projects, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Convert leads into site visits and drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the onsite and sales team for smooth communication with clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Odia.
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive with strong negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in real estate sales/telecalling preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide timely information.
• Quick learner, target-oriented, and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
