Job Role: Tele Sales Agent
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Tele Sales Agent who is passionate about sales and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong telesales background and excellent fluency in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
• Understand customer needs and pitch suitable services/products accordingly.
• Maintain and update client databases with current information.
• Follow up with leads consistently to close sales.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure quality customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
