Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in education and tele-sales. You will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads (warm leads), understanding customer needs, pitching relevant courses, handling objections, and closing sales. This role requires persistence, strong follow-up skills, and a consultative approach to convert prospects into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads received via ads, landing pages, or social media.
• Counsel potential students on course offerings and help them choose the right program.
• Follow up regularly via call, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and daily call logs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for course enrollments.
• Understand product offerings in depth and continuously suggest improvements to pitch strategy.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience.
• Share insights and ideas on improving conversion rate and lead nurturing process.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in EdTech, coaching institutes, or online course sales.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to convince and convert cold/warm leads.
• Should be target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and disciplined with follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in counseling, academic sales, or EdTech B2C sales.
• Experience in spiritual, astrology, or wellness course sales is a plus.
• Graduates preferred (but not mandatory if skills match).

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Working Hours:

• 10 AM – 7 PM
• 6-day work week (1 weekday off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
