Job Title: Business Development Executive – Course Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell our premium educational courses to students, working professionals, and institutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for education and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand our course offerings (e.g., Astrology, Palmistry, Tarot, Vastu, etc.) and communicate their value to potential customers.
• Call, message, or email inbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Generate new leads through online research, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct detailed course consultations over phone/video to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads regularly and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve lead quality and feedback loop.
• Represent the brand in webinars, online events, and education expos (if required).

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good listener with a consultative approach to sales
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Basic knowledge of spiritual/astrology-based education (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office and CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Arts, Marketing preferred)
• Prior experience in EdTech or course sales is a strong advantage
