This entry-level position involves providing 24/7 Operation Support in Real-Time Drilling Operations on a rotating shift pattern. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues faced by end-users in real-time within the set SLA. Your responsibilities will include proactively monitoring Real-Time Drilling operations in a confidential working environment globally using web-based applications. You will also be involved in QA/QC of Drilling data in Real-Time, including data from Mud logging, MWD/LWD, reporting data discrepancies, and assisting in their resolution. Additionally, you will provide primary level telephonic and remote support to application end-users and ensure completion of all required training within given timelines. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and hold a BE/B. Tech. in Petroleum, BSc, or MSc in Geology.
