Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Executive who can confidently engage with prospective clients over the phone, explain our services, and convert leads into appointments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or similar service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
• Explain services related to hair transplantation and cosmetic procedures.
• Answer queries, handle objections, and convince clients to book consultations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional tone and etiquette at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of telemarketing or telesales experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, wellness, or service industry is an added advantage.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
