Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and motivated Telecalling Executive to raise funds for our NGO over the phone. You will speak to potential donors, share our mission, and encourage them to support our cause. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to potential donors. Explain the NGOs work and how donations make a difference. Encourage people to contribute and commit to regular donations. Follow up with interested leads. Maintain accurate donor records in the system. Meet weekly and monthly fundraising targets. Key Skills: Good spoken communication in [English/Tamil]. Confidence in talking to new people. Basic computer skills (data entry). Positive attitude and patience. Willingness to learn and improve. Qualifications: 12th pass or graduate. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or fundraising is a plus. Passion for social causes.
