Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Telesales Associate to lead outbound sales efforts and drive revenue growth through effective telephone-based selling. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to mentor junior telesales staff. Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations. Manage the full telesales cycle from initial contact to follow-up and closing. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies. Provide mentorship and training to junior telesales representatives.
