Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting marketing activities to promote our products/services. Role & responsibilities Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases. Explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries. Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships. Schedule appointments and maintain call records in the CRM. Marketing Duties: Participate in field marketing campaigns (if required). Promote brand awareness through telecalling, WhatsApp, and email campaigns. Support social media promotions and local marketing activities. Assist in collecting customer feedback and market research. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate / Diploma Holder Fresher or Experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Marketing Language Proficiency: English, Tamil
