Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and suggest improvement plans.
  • Provide weekly reports on customer engagement and feedback to management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Tamil (or local language).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Patience and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
