As a Telecaller at Digiexcel, your primary responsibility will be to obtain information about client needs and effectively match them with our range of products. We are seeking an outgoing and dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about pursuing a rewarding career in sales. The ideal candidate should possess high levels of energy, be customer-focused, and demonstrate a strong drive to excel in a sales-oriented environment. Your duties and responsibilities will include sourcing potential clients and establishing enduring relationships with them. You will be required to skillfully persuade clients to engage in conversations regarding our products and services. Additionally, you will provide clients with guidance on policies that best cater to their requirements and reassess their policy needs following significant life events. Moreover, you will be responsible for completing and submitting applications, issuing quotes, maintaining client records, and compiling reports.
