Telecaller cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties:

• Call prospective customers to explain our electric scooters and showroom offers.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update lead status regularly.
• Fix appointments for test rides or showroom visits.
• Handle basic product inquiries and provide first-level customer support.

Office Assistant Duties:

• Manage day-to-day office activities and documentation.
• Maintain records of customer invoices, purchase orders, and service records.
• Assist in coordinating service schedules and follow-up with technicians.
• Handle front desk activities – welcoming walk-in customers and guiding them appropriately.
• Support sales and service teams with back-office tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduation preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
• Skills Required:
• Good communication in Tamil and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
• Telephone etiquette and a customer-first attitude.
• Multitasking ability and willingness to learn.

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)
