Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Education Counsellors (Telecallers) to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, and a passion for guiding students in making informed decisions about their educational future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students/parents and counsel them about educational programs and courses.
• Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, or messages and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective students.
• Understand students' needs and suggest suitable courses or academic programs.
• Guide students through the admission process and coordinate with internal teams.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume and enrollments.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and helpful communication.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or the education sector is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
