Roles and Responsibilities Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. Keeping the database maintained and updated. Taking and processing orders accurately. Preserve the companys reputation by handling grievances. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information Desired Candidate Profile : (Immediate Joinee Only) 2+ years of experience as a Tele-caller/ Tele-Sales Executive or any similar role. Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota. Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems. Efficient with Hindi and English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues. Location: Bhiwandi Age Between : 25 to 35 years Qualification : Graduate Experience : Min 2-6 years experience in Tele-caller/ Tele Sales Executive/ Sales Co-Ordinator position Salary Range : 2.0 - 3.5 Lakh CTC pa Immediate joining would be preferable
