Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote pharmaceutical products. Generate leads from India mart and identify new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and respond to customer inquiries. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. (Incentives Applicable) Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, follow-ups. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
