  1. Outbound Calls:

    Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through marketing efforts.
  2. Product Knowledge:

    Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  3. Customer Engagement:

    Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and trust to create a positive customer experience.
  4. Sales Pitches:

    Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospective customer.
  5. Objection Handling:

    Address customer concerns and objections with confidence and provide appropriate solutions to overcome objections.
  6. Sales Closing:

    Work towards closing sales deals and achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  7. Record Keeping:

    Accurately maintain and update customer information, call details, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  8. Follow-up:

    Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet committed to a purchase.
  9. Feedback:

    Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.
  10. Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:

    Follow provided scripts and guidelines while also adapting to customer responses and needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Experience:

    Previous experience in telesales or a related sales role is preferred.
  2. Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
  3. Persistence:

    A resilient and persistent attitude to handle rejection and continue making calls.
  4. Goal-oriented:

    Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
  5. Team Player:

    Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
  6. Time Management:

    Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
  7. Adaptability:

    Ability to adapt to changes in sales strategies, product offerings, or customer requirements.
  8. Technical Skills:

    Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
