Role & responsibilities

Tele-Partner Account-Manager (TPAM) would be responsible for profiling, identifying and attracting new customers with extended duties to maintaining and grow current customer accounts.

(L4) TPAM would be for facilitating customer-focused solutions to bring the best of all products offerings to the marketplace.

Meet and/or exceeding Lead Target by generating BANT qualified Leads

Understanding of IT Infrastructure.

# Will be handling inbound sales inquiries and customer chats to drive conversions.
# Minimum Work-Experience of 3+ Years in Hardware Sales background in India Relationship


Preferred candidate profile

Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and upselling opportunities.

Engage with potential customers via chat, email, or calls to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Maintain a high response rate and provide prompt, professional, and personalized customer interactions.

Maintain and update CRM records with customer interactions and sales progress.
