Job Description

We are looking for

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
Follow a defined script and pitch to generate leads.
Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria.
Accurately record and update call outcomes in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Communicate effectively in English with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience
in an outbound call center (USA campaigns preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working night shifts (USA time zone).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
