Powerhouse Mercantile is looking for a motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to new and existing customers, explaining our spa services and ongoing promotions, and booking appointments for the respective branches. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be target-oriented, and comfortable using basic computer tools like Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software. Prior experience in tele-sales or the wellness industry is an advantage. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, coordinating with branch staff to manage booking slots, achieving daily call and appointment targets, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and benefits like discounted spa services and career development opportunities. Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred
