Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role combines telephonic outreach with on-ground marketing visits to promote our physiotherapy services, engage with potential clients, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce Cardio Rescue's services, explain treatment options, and schedule consultations.

Inbound Handling: Address incoming inquiries, provide detailed information about services, and resolve client queries.

Marketing Visits: Conduct scheduled visits to Patients home to promote services.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the system.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through calls and visits, converting them into appointments.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback during visits to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle rejection.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
