Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound queries. Provide detailed and accurate information about various courses offered at SGT University. Counsel students regarding admission procedures, eligibility, courses, and career paths. Maintain a database of prospective students and ensure timely follow-ups. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic departments to support enrollment strategies. Handle email, WhatsApp, and other digital communication with professionalism. Maintain daily call logs and report to the team leader.
