Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads and sales.

· Provide information about products/services and handle customer queries.

· Follow up on leads and maintain consistent client communication.

· Keep records of calls and update internal CRM or tracking systems.

· Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum qualification: Graduate.

· 0.6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling.

· Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejections professionally.

· Basic computer literacy and ability to manage simple data entry tasks.
