Iceberg Technologies is a leading software company providing innovative solutions like billing software, KOT billing, e-commerce platforms, and more. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic Telecaller Executives to join us!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our products and services.
2. Utilize social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to identify and connect with potential leads.
3. Use tools like Google Chrome for web research and lead generation.
4. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.5. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.6. Follow up with leads and ensure timely updates.7. Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details.8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (Additional languages are a plus).
* Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for lead generation.
* Basic knowledge of Google Chrome for research and sourcing leads.
* Good telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.* Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.* Prior experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.* Preferred only Pondicherry candidates
