Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) Location: Chennai, Thiruverkadu Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 18,000 take home per month + Incentives Number of Positions: 60 Job Description: We are hiring experienced and motivated Customer Support Executives for our voice process team at our Chennai (Thiruverkadu) location. This role focuses solely on handling client queries, with no sales involved. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers to address their queries or concerns. Provide accurate and timely solutions based on customer needs. Raise tickets for unresolved issues and forward them to the appropriate departments. Maintain customer records and track issues to ensure proper follow-up and closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries. Deliver a positive customer experience through empathy and professionalism on every call. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support. Fluency in South Indian languages (besides Tamil) and English is mandatory. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with call center software or CRM systems is a plus. Benefits: 18,000 take-home salary + Incentives Provident Fund (P.F.)
