Job Title: Telecaller – Hospital Frontline Support

Job Overview:
We are looking for a polite, patient-friendly Telecaller to manage calls at our hospital. Your main role is to answer incoming calls, handle patient inquiries, book appointments, and keep a daily count of OPD (Outpatient Department) visits.
No sales. No pressure. Just clear and helpful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming patient calls with warmth and clarity
• Provide information about doctors, timings, departments, and procedures
• Book OPD appointments and maintain an appointment sheet (online or register)
• Inform patients of any doctor unavailability or rescheduling
• Record daily OPD visit counts and share summary with supervisor
• Redirect emergency calls to concerned departments immediately
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Provide basic follow-up information if needed (like test report pickup or department timings)

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, call software, WhatsApp)
• Calm, ppolite,and patient attitude with people
• Able to multitask and stay organized
• Prior experience in clinics/hospitals/telecalling is a plus but not mandatory
