Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Promote products/services to prospective customers over the phone. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in the database. Follow up with customers for feedback. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Stay informed about product details, pricing, and company updates. Key Skills and Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [ Marathi ]. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or a sales/customer service role (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent . Work Conditions: Full-time position. General Shift Office-based.
