Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate offerings and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in channel sales by identifying and reaching out to potential partners and clients.
• Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and market trends to clients.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and address their queries.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field, preferably in real estate.
• Strong marketing skills with a proven track record in customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
