Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Education Industry)

Location: DLF Phase IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122009

Excellent communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain the school's teaching philosophy, curriculum, and admission process.
Convert leads into school visits or admissions by providing accurate and engaging information.
Maintain a database of leads, calls made, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
Share updates, offers, and event invites with prospective and existing parents.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach with all callers.
