You will empower our customers to get the most out of our software, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure their success. Key Responsibilities: * Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, chat and personal visits. * Guide customers through software functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting steps. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to our senior & development team when necessary. * Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system. * Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and report bugs and suggest improvements. * Create and update knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower self-service. * Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Requirements: * Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within a software or technology company. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. * A genuine desire to help customers and a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
